§ 5.90.160. Judicial review.

(a)

Judicial review of a decision made by the board of supervisors under Section 5.90.71(b) of this chapter may be had by filing a petition for a writ of mandate with the Superior Court in accordance with the provisions of the California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.5. Any such petition shall be filed within ninety days after the day the decision becomes final as provided in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6 which shall be applicable for such actions.
