§ 22.02.335I. Group home.

  • "Group home" means a family dwelling unit licensed or supervised by any federal, state or local health/welfare agency which provides twenty-four-hour nonmedical care of unrelated persons who are not disabled but are in need of personal services, supervision or assistance essential for sustaining the activities of daily living or for the protection of the individual in a family-like environment. For the purposes of this definition, a "family dwelling unit" includes, but is not limited to, a single-family dwelling, a unit in a multifamily dwelling, including a unit in a duplex and a unit in an apartment building, a mobile home, including a mobile home located in a mobile home park, a unit in a cooperative, a unit in a condominium development, a unit in a townhouse development, and a unit in a planned district.;hn0;(Ord. 3101 § 2 (part), 1992)
