§ 15.33.033. Muir Woods Road parking fine zone.

The parking of vehicles along the shoulder of the following portions of Muir Woods Road* is prohibited at all times:

(a)

Westbound lane of Muir Woods Road beginning at milepost 0.59 and extending west approximately ten thousand eight hundred feet to milepost 2.81.

(b)

Eastbound lane of Muir Woods Road beginning at milepost 0.59 and extending west approximately five thousand three hundred feet to milepost 1.76.

(c)

Eastbound lane of Muir Woods Road beginning at milepost 1.90 and extending west three hundred feet to milepost 1.96.

(d)

Eastbound lane of Muir Woods Road beginning at milepost 2.09 and extending west ninety feet to milepost 2.11.

(e)

Eastbound lane of Muir Woods Road beginning at milepost 2.19 and extending west two hundred twenty-five feet to milepost 2.23.

(f)

Eastbound lane of Muir Woods Road beginning at milepost 2.25 and extending west approximately two thousand nine hundred sixty feet to milepost 2.81.

* Due to the winding configuration of Muir Woods Road, "eastbound" refers to towards the intersection with Panoramic Highway and "westbound" refers to towards the intersection with Shoreline Highway (near Muir Beach).

Every person violating this traffic order adopted under this section shall be punished upon a conviction by a fine established by resolution of the board of supervisors.
