§ 15.33.030. Stinson Beach parking fine zone.

The parking of vehicles on the following roads, or portions thereof is prohibited at all times:

(a)

Calle del Arroyo along the southerly side, beginning at its intersection with State Route 1 (Shoreline Highway) and extending northerly to its terminus at Seadrift Road; along the northerly side, beginning at its intersection with State Route 1 (Shoreline Highway) and extending northerly for a distance of three hundred feet; and along the northerly side, beginning at its terminus at Seadrift Road and extending southerly for a distance of one hundred twenty feet.

(b)

State Route 1 (Shoreline Highway) along the southerly side, beginning at its intersection with Calle del Pinos and extending southerly to its intersection with Calle del Mar. Every person violating this traffic order adopted under this section shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punished upon a conviction by a fine established by resolution of the board of supervisors. Pursuant to Section 22650 et seq. of the California Vehicle Code, the county sheriff and California Highway Patrol are hereby authorized to tow away vehicles parked in violation of this section.
