§ 13.06.010. Excessively long vehicles prohibited on specified county roads.

Pursuant to the power provided Marin County under California Vehicle Code Section 21101(c), motor vehicles in excess of thirty or thirty-six feet (measured bumper to bumper) are prohibited from traveling over such streets (as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 590) and highways (as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 360) that the board of supervisors may specify by resolution.
